Currently pursuing his Professional Certificate in Real Estate Development at Fordham University, Todd continues to expand his knowledge and expertise. His experience spans the entire project lifecycle, encompassing pursuit, planning, and execution of large-scale endeavors. With a proven track record of negotiating and managing projects valued at up to $2 billion in construction and generating over $100 million in AE fees, Todd's expertise in project management and team leadership is undeniable.
